Mrs. Dima Al-Qaisi is an expert in care economy and early childhood education, with over 15 years of experience in managing and developing educational institutions. She has been the owner and director of Kids Land Academy since 2008, leading the academy with a modern educational vision that combines academic excellence with comprehensive child care
Chair of the National Committee for the Kindergarten Sector, member of the Educational Institutions Committee at the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Board of Directors of the Women in Business and Professions Association, Secretary of the Cultural and Educational Forum for Private Schools for several sessions. She also serves as an educational consultant specializing in early childhood education
She has played a significant role in advancing the kindergarten sector across Jordan, contributing to the inclusion of over 2,000 independent kindergartens in sustainability programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, and establishing a Business Clinic to provide technical and financial support to numerous kindergartens in collaboration with local and international organizations
Her professional journey has been recognized with the Ethical Excellence in Business Leadership Award in 2023 and the Leadership and Innovation Shield in 2024, honoring her impactful contributions to early childhood education and the empowerment of educational institutions
