This policy explains how Madaresona, a directory of educational institutions in Jordan, handles information submitted through contact forms, listing or subscription requests and accounts, as well as published directory information and visit data used to understand and protect the website.

When you submit a contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. Provide only what your request requires, and avoid including unnecessary student details or sensitive information.

We use your message details to review your enquiry, contact you and follow up on your request. Messages are stored in the website administration system and are available to the administrators responsible for handling requests.

When you request an educational institution or supplier listing or a Madaresona subscription, we process the institution name, request type, contact person’s name, email address, phone number and any message you provide. This information is used to review the request, contact its sender and follow up through the administration system. Submitting a request does not automatically publish your message in the directory.

If you choose to sign in, we process your phone number, verification data and login records to verify ownership of the number and manage account access. Verification codes are sent through an SMS provider when message delivery is enabled. When you complete your profile, we store the first and last names you enter. If a connected application provides a technical device notification token, it may be stored and linked to the account.

Public directory pages include information about listed institutions, suppliers and teachers, such as names, addresses, contact details, service descriptions and published profile content. This information is available to website visitors. Contact messages, subscription requests and account details are not automatically published as part of these pages. When providing information for a listing, share only what you are authorised to publish, and contact us to request corrections to published information relating to you.

Visit measurement uses random identifiers saved in your browser’s local storage and session storage to distinguish visits and sessions. Measurement events include the public page path and language, and may include the type and identifier of the institution or content being viewed. These events do not include URL query parameters or contact form contents.

This measurement stops when the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also manage or clear stored website data and cookies through your browser settings.

When enabled in the website settings, Google Analytics is used to measure page views, with Google signals and ad personalisation settings disabled in the website integration. The service may use cookies or similar technologies according to its settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify requests and reduce automated messages. The service handles technical signals about the browser and verification process under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to the administration interface for messages and requests is controlled by permissions. Phone sign-in requires verification, and forms use request verification and measures to reduce automated submissions. No method of transmission or storage guarantees absolute security.

Contact and subscription forms are intended for service enquiries and requests. Do not use them to submit student records, official documents or children’s health information, and avoid including personal details that your request does not require.

Contact messages, subscription requests and account data are stored in the website’s systems. Clearing browser data or signing out does not delete these records.
