Rital International Academy is a leading educational institution with a highly experienced academic and practical management team. It boasts a qualified supervisory staff working within specialized teacher training and development centers, ensuring the academy stays abreast of the latest educational advancements.

The academy has received international accreditations for its foreign programs, most notably Cambridge, NCPSA, and AL. It is also an official center for EST and ICDL examinations. Furthermore, the academy has been accredited for its quality assurance system by the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA), a subsidiary of the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Group, affirming its commitment to the highest educational quality standards.

The academy strives to fulfill its noble educational mission of preparing a generation that is aware and capable of utilizing modern educational technology. This is achieved through providing comprehensive, high-quality learning using the latest educational tools in classrooms, and offering integrated educational services that foster the holistic development of students—academically, socially, and emotionally.

The academy offers a special education program for students with special needs, supervised by qualified specialists who provide the necessary support to help students overcome learning difficulties and reach their full potential.

Within the framework of applied education, the academy offers the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (BTEC) system in Information Technology and Business Administration at Levels 2 and 3, according to the Jordanian and British systems, thus qualifying students for the job market or for further academic studies.

In early childhood education, the academy's kindergarten has been recognized as a model kindergarten in the Ministry of Education's kindergarten quality assessment and has also received Cambridge Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) accreditation, reflecting its commitment to implementing the highest international standards in early childhood education and providing a stimulating and safe learning environment for children.

About the Founder of the Educational Institution (Rital International Academy Schools)

Professor Dr. Omar Musleh Al-Shdaifat

Professor Dr. Omar Musleh Al-Shdaifat served as President of the Hashemite University, Secretary-General of the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and Minister of Education. Dr. Omar gained extensive educational experience through his visits to numerous universities and schools in various Arab, European, and East Asian countries.

He harbored a vision for the future: to establish a distinguished educational institution that would be a cornerstone of scientific progress in Jordan. Thus, he founded Rital International Academy Schools to be a link in the chain of educational institutions that meet the needs and aspirations of the nation, to be a shining example of education in Jordan, and to serve as a model for achieving the goals of the Ministry of Education. He consistently sought to select a teaching staff characterized by high competence, noble character, and a sound methodology, ensuring that teachers would be positive role models for their students. He was keen to guide the school administration in employing the best modern methods and strategies to serve the educational process and advance teaching and learning. His deep passion for knowledge and scholars led him to adopt the motto: "With knowledge, we rise and progress."

His main concern was achieving successes for his students and keeping up with the latest developments in education and modern sciences to raise students towards a bright future that achieves the highest levels for them and for our dear Jordan to have a distinguished position in the field of education.
