About the Founder of the Educational Institution (Rital International Academy Schools)
Professor Dr. Omar Musleh Al-Shdaifat
Professor Dr. Omar Musleh Al-Shdaifat served as President of the Hashemite University, Secretary-General of the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and Minister of Education. Dr. Omar gained extensive educational experience through his visits to numerous universities and schools in various Arab, European, and East Asian countries.
He harbored a vision for the future: to establish a distinguished educational institution that would be a cornerstone of scientific progress in Jordan. Thus, he founded Rital International Academy Schools to be a link in the chain of educational institutions that meet the needs and aspirations of the nation, to be a shining example of education in Jordan, and to serve as a model for achieving the goals of the Ministry of Education. He consistently sought to select a teaching staff characterized by high competence, noble character, and a sound methodology, ensuring that teachers would be positive role models for their students. He was keen to guide the school administration in employing the best modern methods and strategies to serve the educational process and advance teaching and learning. His deep passion for knowledge and scholars led him to adopt the motto: "With knowledge, we rise and progress."
His main concern was achieving successes for his students and keeping up with the latest developments in education and modern sciences to raise students towards a bright future that achieves the highest levels for them and for our dear Jordan to have a distinguished position in the field of education.
